Failure to effectively utilize the potential of the young population brings serious costs in economic and social areas. Undoubtedly, this situation plays an important role in the fight against youth unemployment being at the top of the political agenda of many countries.

Today’s university graduates, without being preferred over previous generations, remain at higher social levels and contribute more to their environment due to the technological opportunities offered by university education. In addition, when young people get a job, they can become more active citizens by gaining more information and taking quick action thanks to the internet and social media, compared to unemployed women.

With YANDA, we aim to broaden the perspective of young people and enable them to take action against unemployment with the principle of rights and individual advocacy. In addition, they can benefit themselves by getting rid of the feelings of failure and not belonging that occur in the mental states of the psychology of the disease, and those who are in the same situation as what they can achieve or can be possible examples can be trained.

It is important for us to change perspectives that a person who can make a transformation can also change many people. We have created our project considering that society is a whole and the future of you, the young people, who are the biggest part of the whole.

Valuable people who are part of society; They will be able to do useful work for today’s problems by actively participating in change, acting actively, and reaching more people and rule makers by using social media.
